That is our "catch phrase" and we work really hard to live up to it!
We will always try to ship same day orders if received before 2pm, Monday to Friday. However, being a small company, sometimes circumstances make this impossible (hey, we might even be out Skydiving! Now that's a thought!!). We appreciate your patience in these situations and will always do our best to keep in touch with you about your order.
We have literally thousands of items in stock, but from time to time we may find we don't have exactly "what you need - when you need it". Again, thank you for your patience - it may have already been ordered from the manufacturer, but maybe the sky gods have conspired against us!
So, in advance, we thank you for your business and hope we can make your shopping experience and easy and pleasant one.
When you receive your shipment, please note the total amount shown on the invoice is the amount charged to your credit card. You are only charged for the items shipped, plus postage and handling. Your credit card will not be charged for backordered items until the backorder is shipped. We do not charge additional shipping on backordered items for those goods that we would normally hold in stock. If we are arranging a special order for you then shipping will be charged.
